It was widely reported that MediaTek is buying back the shares of AIT (曜鵬) (see this report). AIT's annual revenue is estimated to be around 6 billion NTD, or around 20 million USD. Assuming the ASP is $4, their annual unit volumn is around 5 million pieces.

VirtualDub

VirtualDub is an open source universal video capture/processing utility. Some commercial PMP (personal Multimedia Player) devices come with this software bundled for video format conversion.
